Neugestaltung der Business Ethics Kurse von Globethics.net
Für unseren Kunden Globethics.net durften wir zwei ihrer Business Ethics Courses neugestalten: Zum einen den Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development- sowie zum anderen den Responsible Leadership Kurs.
Im Fokus stand dabei die Überarbeitung bestehender Lernmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachexperten. Diese wurde nach didaktischen Grundsätzen mit interaktiven Elementen erweitert, sowie in einem responsiven und interaktiven eLearning Format (SCORM basiert) mit Hilfe des Autorentools Articulate Rise aufbereitet.
Neben der Arbeit an den beiden Kursen haben wir den Grundstein für die weitere Zusammenarbeit und schrittweise Überarbeitung des gesamten Kursprogramms von Globethics.net gelegt, indem wir ein Grafisches Leitkonzept für die Gestaltung der Kurse entwickelt haben.
Dazu gehörte es, eine visuelle Idee zu entwickeln, die sich durch alle Ebenen des Bildungsprogramms zieht. In diesem Fall haben wir in Abstimmung mit Globethics.net immer ein Tierbild mit einer Illustration kombiniert. Je nach Fachbereich der Kurse haben wir eine unterschiedliche Tiergattung gewählt – Business Ethics Kurse sind Wassertiere, Educational Ethics Kurse sind Säugetiere und Interreligious Ethics courses sind Tiere aus der Luft.
Für jeden Kurs wurde ein spezifisches Leittier gewählt: Die Illustrationen dafür wurden aus charakteristischen Elementen abgeleitet und dementsprechend gestaltet. So wurde bei Responsible Leadership ein Delfin gewählt mit dem Hintergrundgedanken, ein soziales, agiles Tier auszuwählen, welches für moderne Leadership Ansätze steht. Der Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development-Kurs wird durch einen Sardinen Schwarm symbolisiert. Der Schwarm drückt die Bedeutungen der Individuen, Rücksichtnahme aufeinander und das Funktionieren nur im Gemeinsamen aus.
Außerdem haben wir noch das Keyvisual zu allen Bereichen von Globehtics.net neugestaltet – den Baum.

For our client Globethics.net we redesigned two of their business ethics courses: One is the Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development course and the other is the Resonsible Leadership course.
The focus was on revising existing learning materials in close cooperation with the respective experts. This was expanded according to didactic principles with interactive elements, as well as prepared in a responsive and interactive eLearning format (SCORM based) with the help of the authoring tool Articulate Rise.
In addition to working on the two courses, we laid the groundwork for further collaboration and gradual revision of the entire Globethics.net course program by developing a guiding graphic concept for the design of the courses.
This included developing a visual idea that runs through all levels of the educational program. In this case, in coordination with Globethics.net, we always combined an animal image with an illustration.Depending on the subject area of the courses, we chose a different animal genus - Business Ethics courses are aquatic animals, Educational Ethics courses are mammals, and Interreligious Ethics courses are aerial animals.
A specific lead animal was chosen for each course: The illustrations for these were derived from characteristic elements and designed accordingly. For Responsible Leadership, for example, a dolphin was chosen with the concept of selecting a social, agile animal that represents modern leadership approaches. The Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development course is symbolized by a shoal of sardines. The swarm expresses the meanings of individuals, consideration for each other, and functioning only as a collective.
We have also redesigned the key visual for all areas of Globehtics.net - the tree.
